The Studio - Fitness and Wellness Center in Newbury Park

The Studio, located at 3537 Old Conejo Road, Suite 102 in Newbury Park, opened in April 2009.

Here at The Studio, we are dedicated to your well being. We offer Yoga & Pilates, Private Fitness Training, Fitness Nutrition Counseling as well as Body Makeover Boot Camps and weight-loss programs. Whether you want long, lean muscles, or wish to alleviate back or neck pain. Or maybe you just want more energy to do the things you love. Our exceptional, certified instructors elevate your Fitness practice through Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Training, Nutrition and inspiration.

We offer Complete Programs with your fitness regimen and eating plan outlined for you to help you shift your habits to eating healthy and staying active. Our Nutrition coach has devised recipes that are tasty and enjoyable for the whole family. No more giving up what you love in orderto meet your weight-loss goals. We'll show you how to create habits that will be easy to stick to for the rest of your life!

Body Makeover Boot Camp at The Studio

It’s our goal to get you into great shape! If you find it difficult to motivate yourself to get to the gym, we are hear to help. We have programs designed to keep you on track with your fitness and weight loss goals.

This is the time to slim down a size, end the effects of stress, and set into motion your goal to get into top shape this year. Regardless of your age and fitness level, if you’re in the Newbury Park area and looking to get in to shape, drop those pounds, build that muscle, and actually have fun while doing it, Our Body Makeover Boot Camp is for you!

Not a military style Boot Camp, our Boot Camp takes you through 6 weeks of our intensive body makeover program. You start with a fitness assessment and Nutrition orientation. After which you are ready to transform yourself into the best shape of your life. Come in and work it out with a group, led by
our professional trainers 3 times a week and check in for a private session with our Nutritionist once a week to keep you motivated, educated, and on track! By the end of 6 weeks you’ll feel stronger, be more flexible AND you’ll know how to eat delicious foods and still stay trim!

The Studio has a full weight training system, TRX clinic and group training room. Our classes are all inside so the weather is never an issue. (Some classes may be held outside when the weather is gorgeous!)

All our instructors are Certified Trainers, with experience in Athletic Coaching, Circuit Training, Pilates, Yoga and Nutrition.

6 Week Fitness Boot Camp Body Makeover includes:

  • Fitness Assessment

  • 15 min Nutrition Session - once a week
  • Boot Camp 3x week
