The Sole Runners is a holistic running/training program that uses the latest science, ChiRunning and yoga to give you the only full and half marathon training experience of its kind in the world. Sole Runners has a year-round program in Long Beach but also has a Newbury Park training group from October through March. The local group trains in and around the Conejo Valley for races such as the Los Angeles Marathon, Catalina Marathon and Great Race of Agoura races. I love the Sole Runner's Group. I never imagined that I would train for and complete a whole marathon. Last March I completed the Catalina Marathon and loved every minute of the process and the run. The group is like family now and I can't wait for the upcoming 201-2012 season. You don't need to be a runner or have experience to join this group. They can teach anyone to become a runner and complete a marathon.
