Chea's Pilates Evolved - Westlake Village, Simi Valley

Chea is the Owner and Managing Director of Chea's Pilates Evolved. With over 25 years of experience and training, she is highly regarded as a Master Trainer and Fitness Innovator. Her background includes a unique combination of extensive education preparation and varied experience. Chea has studied a variety of physical disciplines including Pilates, Ballet, Jazz Dance, Yoga, Weight Training, Martial Arts, and holds multiple Fitness/Pilates certifications. She has worked with a diverse clientele (all ages and levels of fitness). Additionally, she has performed and choreographed dance for stage, TV and film throughout the world. Prior to opening her Westlake Village studio in 2000, Chea worked for major film and recording studios shaping up many of Hollywood's top celebrities.
