The Promenade at Westlake

Located at the southeast corner of Westlake Boulevard and Thousand Oaks Boulevard, The Promenade is an architecturally appealing outdoor mall that has a nice assortment of things to do. There is a Mann movie theater, a large Barnes and Noble, two large fountains and several koi ponds.
Restaurants include Macaroni Grill, my personal favorite Marmalade Cafe, Chili's, Rosti Tuscan Kitchen, La Salsa, Champagne French Bistro, Tacone Wraps and Pick Up Stix. The center recently made some changes and a brand new restaurant, The Grill on the Alley, opened to the left/behind Bristol Farms. I've heard this is a killer restaurant.
There is also a Bristol Farms grocery store, a Cost Plus Imports, a large Sports Authority sporting goods store and a variety of clothing and specialty stores, including a new Madison designer boutique.
You could spend half the day here. Brunch at Marmalade, hang out at the bookstore a bit, some shopping, dinner at Macaroni Grill, watch a movie, grab an ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery, grocery shopping at Bristol Farms and your day is done. Lots of outdoor seating around the fountain area outside of Barnes and Noble. There is often live music on Friday/Saturday nights.
The Promenade is the sister mall of the similarly appointed The Commons in Calabasas. It is located at 100 Promenade Way, Westlake Village (southeast corner of Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards). Visit www.ShopPromenade.com or call 805.497.9861 for more information.
