Paraiso at Dos Vientos Ranch

Paraiso at Dos Vientos Ranch***, located at 350 Via Las Brisas, Thousand Oaks (Dos Vientos section of Newbury Park) is an attractive, village-like shopping/gathering area adjacent to the Miller Family YMCA.  It has a few retail shops and restaurants, an outdoor playground and a grassy park-like area with a pond/stream.  The kids love running around this place.

*** Breaking news 9/29/11: New owners have renamed the center The Village at Dos Vientos Ranch.

Current retail and office tenants include Boney Mountain Coffee, Red Coral Restaurant, Fitness Together, The Art Box Atelier, Paraiso Cleaners, ETF Portfolio Management, Paraiso Family Dental and Orthodontics and Worldwide Supply. Opening in November 2011 is La Cucina di Venti Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria.
