MB2 Raceway - Indoor Go Kart Facility in Sylmar and Thousand Oaks

On 9/13/08, MB2 Raceway opened a 60,000 square foot indoor kart racing facility at 1475 Lawrence Drive in Newbury Park! This location also has an arcade area and several meeting rooms for corporate events and birthday celebrations.
Established in 2006, MB2 provides high performance indoor kart racing and related entertainment to the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Conejo Valley and Simi Valley markets. The racing corporation fuses professionally designed ¼ mile road race circuits, high performance emissions free Italian (go) karts and a unique motor sports aesthetic theme, which together forms the successful consumer racing enterprise. MB2 regularly host’s professional drivers, leading action sports athletes, racing tournaments and private events.
OK, I know I'm lousy at taking videos, especially with one of these little cameras with video, but I just wanted to give you a feel for MB2 Raceway in Newbury Park. MB2 is a little off the beaten path in a nondescript warehouse next to an indoor RV parking facility, but boy is this place popular. I know people that swear by this place at least once a week.
Buy an Arrive & Drive single 14 lap race or, an annual Track Pass membership that offers discounted race specials, free birthday racing and more. Members may also view there Racers Performance Measurement (RPM) online via the web. With a group of eight or more, tournament racing including a podium celebration, trophies and Olympic style medals are awarded.

Mb karting is extremely plain and the karts are not all that fast. I have also been to several other tracks around Calif and the U.S. and my favorite by far is Pole Position Raceway. They offer adult and kids karts and the facility are all climate controlled. So never too hot or too cold. Pole Position also has great arcade games, pool tables, air hockey and great racing memorabilia to look at while your waiting for your race to be called. All electric karts that go up to 45mph. The blasted concrete track allows for great sliding around the corners. Great family fun. You can try out the rest but then try out the best at Pole Position Raceway.

Our facility is very greatful to the thousands of visitors we have monthly. The atmosphere MB2 has created for the clients that enter the doors of MB2 raceway is amazing. The most used adjective that is used when someone enters our doors is "wow!" And when they are leaving, their conversations about MB2 Raceway never end. Our Karts are the fastest electric karts produced and reach speeds of 50mph. The tracks in both facilities are amazing, technical, and challenging for all levels of racers. We cater to ages 8 to 65. Our corporate meeting rooms are filled every day of the week with clients from companies like, Coca Cola, Amgen, Healthnet, Honda, Dreamworks, Apple, Yahoo, Google, and many others. Best yet, all of our clients have made plans for returning to MB2 Raceway. We have Corporate Events being held in our corporate meeting rooms, Corporate events in our VIP rooms, and Corporate events that close down the entire facility for days at a time. Checking out the sites and got to reading the blogs......I understand competition but what is written above is really sad.....It's a shame the competitors felt the need to write their own blog on somoneone else's page. As for the response; it's filled with anger. I felt I was interrupting an arguement......Sorry to intrude.....

I will say, probably check out MB2 can't blame them for being defensive...........
it is sad that MB2 can not take a little criticism. There is no proof that the competitors wrote that.. it could just be an honest customer like myself. I have been to 1 of the above mentioned place as well as several other karting centers including MB2 and there is no way MB2's karts go 50 MPH. I would have to say I have been to faster electric and gas centers than MB2's. Also I did not go "wow" when I walked into your building and trust me your right my conversation about you never stopped, that being said it is not good conversation!!! As far as your meeting rooms full everyday, there was hardly anyone in your building while I was there both times. All I know is you should not go around bragging about how fast your karts are or your "wow" facility or the fact that your meeting rooms are always full... cause customers like me learn the truth just after 1 visit!!!!
How about you idiots say something nice about MB2 Racing? They offer a nice venue for kids and should be praised for offering a quality option to entertain kids. Although I live near SB, a friend told me about MB2 and I plan to take my son there this weekend....especially after reading these negative posts.
